Returns/Refunds/Price Match

Returns:


Returns are accepted for up to 30 days from the delivery of your order.  We are a small family business, not an equipment rental store.  We would prefer returns be 100% new and unused.  That said we offer the following options:

  • No orders will receive refunds for shipping paid or for route shipping protection.  Those services have been garnered and we have had to pay for them.  There is no reimbursement for those costs.  
  • Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost of the return.  We can offer a shipping label for your convenience.  Often times we can ship if far cheaper than the list rates you pay by standing in line.  That said if you opt for a shipping label, we will reduce the reimbursement cost by the amount for that shipping.  If you elect your own shipping and are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

    Please be careful to ship it to the exact address given.  Any missing information can cause delays or even lost shipments.  We can't guarantee that we will receive your returned item under normal circumstances, much less with missing information in the address.  This includes the RMA number that you will be provided.  This must be included on the return address. 

  • Items in brand new/sealed condition are eligible for a 100% refund on the product cost if you choose to accept the reimbursement in the form of a VGoodiEZ Gift Card for store credit.  Customers requesting reimbursement back on the credit/debit card they paid with will be charged a 10% restock fee.  This fee helps cover the shipping expense to you and transaction costs associated with the order.  
  • Items that have been opened and/or used are also eligible for return with the following guidelines:
    • Reimbursement requested in the form of a gift card will incur a 20% restock fee.  
    • Reimbursement requested back on your credit/debit card will incur a 25% restock fee.
    • Items must be returned in re-sellable condition.  This means they must be thoroughly cleaned with no sign of particulate.  All parts, accessories and manuals must be returned along with the original manufacturer packaging.  It can be opened but everything must be included complete and in working condition or the return will be denied and the buyer will be responsible for the return shipping to get their product back.  
    • Some items simply cannot cleaned to a satisfactory level for return.  Examples of this would be whip assemblies.  Returns including those items will be asked to refrain from returning the whip and the cost of the assembly will be deducted from the return amount.  
    • Returns that come back damaged or incomplete can be denied all together or the itemized cost of the missing/broken accessories will be deducted from the return amount.  
    • Items that are used and returned excessively dirty will incur an additional 5% cleaning fee.  There should be no particulate or resins/oils visible.  Please send photos in advance to sales@vgoodiez.com if you are unsure of the condition.  

 

Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery will not be refunded and the buyer will be responsible for the return shipping charges if they want the product back.


Refunds (if applicable):


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.  Gift cards will be issued immediately.  Refunds back on the card will also be processed.  Please understand that it can take up to 48 business hours for the credit to reflect to your account.  


Late or missing refunds (if applicable):


If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.


Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.  If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at sales@vgoodiez.com.

Price matching:

We are a small family business and not buying large volume like some of the other major retailers in the space. Therefore we do not have the same price matching policies but you can check with us if you think we can meet their price.  Please email sales@vgoodiez.com.  

For sales that occur here on vgoodiez.com you have 72 hours from your order date to request a price adjustment to the new cost.  Please note that this does not apply to Black Friday or 420 flash sales.  Those sales are for one day only and price adjustments cannot be honored on those deals. 

Retroactive reimbursement (when applicable) is given in the form of a gift card, not back on the original form of payment. 

All price matching at the sole discretion of VGoodiEZ.  We will do our best to be competitive but we can't lose money attempting to compete with the big guys.
