Returns/Refunds/Price Match



Returns:


Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.  We will consider exceptions on a case by case basis if shipping delays occur (example international deliveries) but we will not accept returns beyond 14 days of the delivery of your order.  

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.  Items must be returned brand new.  Used items will NOT be refunded.  This includes custom built kits where options are selected by the buyer and the kit is burned off and set up prior to shipping.  We cannot allow returns on those items under any circumstances.  


To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error will not be refunded and the buyer will be responsible for the return shipping charges if they want the product back.

We are currently taking returns on glass items but they will be evaluated very carefully to insure they are not used.  Any hint of use (material build up/smell of any cleaning agent) and the refund will be denied.  The buyer will be responsible for the return shipping charges if they want the product back.  

Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery will not be refunded and the buyer will be responsible for the return shipping charges if they want the product back.

Refunds (if applicable):


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Again your item must be received in the same condition you received it. It must be unused and in resellable condition in order to receive a refund. There is a 10% restock fee PLUS the original cost of shipping (if your order was shipped for free).  If you paid for the original shipping, there is no refund for that and you'll receive 10% less on the product cost to account for transaction fees/other costs incurred.  Unfortunately we are a small family business and not in a position to take back used items.  

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.  If for some reason that is not available (like card or transaction no longer exists), other means will be worked out.  

Late or missing refunds (if applicable):


If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at sale@vgoodiez.com.

Exchanges (if applicable):


We only replace unused items if they are defective (dead on arrival) or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at sales@vgoodiez.com to arrange.

Shipping:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.  

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

Please be careful to ship it to the exact address given.  Any missing information can cause delays or even lost shipments.  We can't guarantee that we will receive your returned item under normal circumstances, much less with missing information in the address.  This includes the RMA number that you will be provided.  This must be included on the return address. 

Price matching:

We are a small family business and not buying large volume like some of the other major retailers in the space. Therefore we do not have the same price matching policies that you can check with us if you think we can meet their price.  Please email sales@vgoodiez.com.  

For sales that occur here on vgoodiez.com you have 72 hours from your order date to request a price adjustment to the new cost.  Please note that this does not apply to Black Friday or 420 flash sales.  Those sales are for one day only and price adjustments cannot be honored on those deals. 

Retroactive reimbursement (when applicable) is given in the form of a gift card, not back on the original form of payment. 

All price matching at the sole discretion of VGoodiEZ.  We will do our best to be competitive but we can't lose money attempting to compete with the big guys.
